Description:

As the Senior Sales Executive - Mitel Channel, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel partner strategy with Mitel and the Mitel Partner ecosystem with a primary objective to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and nurture relationships with Mitel, Mitel partners, distributors, and resellers. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our company’s goals and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Mitel channel partner strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and resellers that complement our product/service offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective Mitel Provide them with the necessary support, training, and resources to drive their success.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales enablement programs, including training materials, collateral, and promotions, to drive partner sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners. Develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, standards, and contractual agreements.
