Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive/Trusted Advisor to join our team. This individual will act as a hunter of net new business, responsible for researching, contacting, and engaging prospects to book discovery meetings that lead to closed deals. This is a mid to senior-level individual contributor role focused on meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or IT services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and effectively manage sales pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Initiate contact through calls, emails, and networking to schedule discovery meetings.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects, understanding their needs and effectively positioning our services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with US/Canada-based clients.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and create action plans for market penetration and account expansion.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
