Tsebo Cleaning are currently searching for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive. Tsebo Cleaning provide hospital-level cleaning services, no matter the environment. As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for directing all sales activities within Tsebo Cleaning ensuring the year on year sales growth for the business. In addition to the growth the role holds overall responsibility for the Business Development Management team ensuring all client accounts are managed effectively and proactively, achievement of annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. You will focus on developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans instilling a culture of high performance. Successful execution of these strategies are required to achieve the agreed to financial targets in addition to understanding customer trends and the business of Tsebo as a group.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proven expertise in sales leadership within the contract cleaning or related industries, including a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to implement strategic sales tactics that align with company growth objectives.
- Exceptional team management skills with experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Outstanding client relationship-building capabilities to nurture and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.
- Effective collaborator, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align and execute sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and competitor assessment to inform and enhance sales planning.
- Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level, influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills with the capability to deliver high-impact sales pitches and reports.
- Skilled in the utilization of CRM tools and technologies to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
- Adaptability in a dynamic business environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sales or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Proven record of professional sales training from a recognized institution.
- Experience with CRM certifications such as Salesforce or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Ongoing participation in industry-specific workshops or seminars.
- 6- 8 years management experience in B2B sales, with a focus on managing teams and selling service-based solutions, preferably in the cleaning or related sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Business Development: Direct and manage a national team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), offering strategic leadership to achieve sales and growth objectives. Supervise Sales Coordinators to streamline sales operations.
- Team Management and Development: Establish specific goals for BDMs and Sales Coordinators, assessing their performance and offering continuous coaching. Cultivate a high-achieving sales culture through encouragement, mentorship, and team-building initiatives.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Partner with senior leadership to create and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Execute national sales initiatives, including territorial management and strategic account planning.
- Client Relationship Cultivation: Sustain and develop strong ties with current and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and lasting partnerships. Manage key accounts directly while facilitating BDMs in their client interactions.
- Collaboration Across Functions: Engage with operational teams for seamless service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and launch campaigns for new business opportunities.
- Market Research and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Deliver regular sales reports to the CEO, featuring pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market analysis.
