Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales with at least 5 years of experience. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Analyze competitor activity and propose strategies to outperform them.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage with new potential clients to expand the company’s client base.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management:
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide accurate forecasts and updates to senior management regarding sales performance.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the product development and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis.
