Presail was founded in 2021 and originally built to help crypto investors correctly report their taxes. After working on an investor-oriented product for a while, we realised that the best way to serve investors in the Web3 space was to make better tools for the projects and the investment funds they were investing in.
Today, our platform helps investment communities and startups raise funds, vest tokens, and manage their investors in a safe and compliant way. The verdict from our customers is clear: Presail helps them stay on top of everything, it reduces scams and fraud, and it plays a crucial role in their compliance work.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Sales Executive at Presail, you will manage and convert all inbound sales inquiries, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. Reporting directly to the COO, your role is essential in driving revenue growth, optimising sales strategies, and enhancing brand visibility through personalised engagement with our clients, including projects, VC funds, and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sales playbook, tracking and analysing sales metrics, and continuously refining our sales process to maximise effectiveness. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Presail’s market presence and achieving our revenue targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, guiding prospects from initial contact to closing. Conduct targeted product demos to meet the specific needs of different client personas.
  • Sales Activity Oversight: Track and analyse all sales activities, including lead volume, closing rates, and client segmentation. Use insights to refine sales strategies and boost performance.
  • Sales Playbook Creation: Develop and implement a standardised sales playbook. Tailor processes for different client types, providing clear, actionable steps for the sales team.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to increase conversion rates and efficiency. Use tools to analyse call performance and reduce drop-offs.
  • Revenue Growth & Outreach: Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new clients, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility. Leverage existing relationships to expand market reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs for sales and partnerships, create a reporting system, and regularly review metrics to adjust strategies and drive improvement.
