We are looking for a Senior Sales Ledger Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

· Raising sales invoices and credit notes, as well as managing workloads across the billing team.
· Become the lead point of contact for the billing department for all internal/external billing issues.
· Representing the interests of the billing department in all internal matters affecting billing operations, processes and ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
· Ensuring sales ledger policy and procedures are followed and take ownership of process improvements across the sales ledger department.
· Leading automation projects from a billing standpoint and ensuring that best practice processes are created and implemented.
