Description:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in new business development and sales, preferably in the waste or B2B services industries
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business or Marketing)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at ARC Ento Tech Ltd. Based in Somersby NSW 2250, this full-time role will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for our innovative technology solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales and business development initiatives
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the sales team
