The WRC Promoter GmbH is responsible for all commercial aspects of the FIA World Rally Championship since 2013. Our Marketing & Sales department is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager Brand Partnerships (m/w/d) with a strong network and proven track record in sponsorship and brand partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or commercial training with relevant professional or educational development
• Min. 5 years sales experience, specifically in sponsorship and brand partnerships, preferably in the motorsport industry.
• Fluent in English and German – additional languages an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
• Proactive and results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create win-win partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about motorsport and familiar with the WRC, ERC and RX brands and values.
