Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our cardiometabolic sales team in Finland, driving business growth and strengthening Finland’s contribution to the Nordics region. You will unlock the full potential of our sales team by maximising customer facing interactions and enhancing Lilly’s competitiveness and Innovation, ensuring fast patient access to our solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is instrumental in achieving expected volume growth and revenue targets, driven by purpose and underpinned by a culture that is rich in diversity, your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales professionals (Account Managers), identify the required key capabilities and lead the team to develop and maintain the highest standards of performance in these areas, in partnership with the Sales Capabilities Team.
  • Identify, shape and lead regional/localised strategies through the understanding of the local environment to produce effective cross functional local account plans.
  • Develop a Strategic Account Management approach centred around cross-functional collaboration to meet customer’s needs.
  • Lead the development of a Regional Meetings programme, partnering with thought leaders and local experts to deliver a robust and impactful series of meetings.
  • Accelerate, reach and scale Lilly medicines, through personal accountability, omnichannel capabilities and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
  • Build on existing relationships with relevant HCPs, while also exploring & building new relationships with Other Relevant Decision Makers to ensure local endorsement for Lilly brands with highest ethical standards.
