YOUR MISSION

As we accelerate our growth in the European market, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with expertise in tech sales, video platforms/players, CTV/OTT, and broadcasting to lead our sales initiatives.
As the Senior Sales Manager for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for our video platform solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience in technology sales, specifically within the video platform, CTV and broadcasting technologies , to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on video technology, video platforms, CTV, and broadcasting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the European market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of the broadcasting and CTV landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and grow the European market, focusing on the video technology, CTV and broadcasting sectors.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in potential client organizations, cultivating relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value of TargetVideo’s solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, development and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and offerings.
  • Track sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Represent TargetVideo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.
