Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Internet of Things automotive sales teams for the OEM and Tier1 vertical to ensure targets are met and individuals perform at their best
  • Coaching and supporting the team on major complex deals and critical steps in the sales process, ensuring a high win-rate and growing a trustful and long termed business relationship with our customers
  • Presenting Vodafone loT in customer meetings, at external and internal events.
  • Driving and introducing solution sales campaigns for dedicated propositions.
  • Managing stakeholders on different management levels across the matrix organisation, both with the local and the international Group organisation, to address customer requirements for products and services.
  • ensure innovation transfer for the best future setup and roadmap planning, push process improvements for complex deals, to enable more selling of loT across the different Enterprise sales channels
  • Creating a growth environment for the team to enable learning, experimenting and innovation
