Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, specifically selling IT services in the GCC region.
  • Good understanding of Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Automation, CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling IT services, including Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data Analytics and Staff Augmentation Services in the middle east market. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Region.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop good understanding of client needs and present tailored IT services focusing on Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Integration Services, Application Development Services and staff augmentation solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to effectively to implement and develop customer account plans
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and emerging technologies
  • Regularly update the leadership team on sales progress and provide insights into market conditions
