For our global Telecom business, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Telecom market leveraging from your expertise and network to expand our customer base. This role requires a solid understanding of the telecom industry, software engineering solutions, excellent communication skills, key account management and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Senior Sales Manager, you

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with prospective clients and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Tietoevry as a trusted partner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, technical experts, and global delivery teams, to define and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions to clients, showcasing our expertise in the Telecommunication industry.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct regular reporting, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify key market opportunities and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Who we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Telecommunication industry
  • Experiences in Software Engineering business are seen as advantage
  • Deep understanding of the Telecommunication sector, including knowledge of Telco operator business on global level
  • Strong network of contacts within the Telecom industry
  • Convincing sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, other language skills are seen as an advantage
