Responsibilities:
- Win new corporate clients (e.g., acquisition, build up a client pipeline)
- Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Maintain and manage our CRM system
- Provide first class and pro-active client service
- Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Account Managers to ensure a smooth program roll-out
- Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization
- Develop and launch new product solutions
