We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to become a member of an experienced Sales team in our Energy Sales organization. The position can be in Finland (in Tampere, Raisio or Vantaa) or the position can be in other country in EMEA Area as well.
Valmet’s Energy business unit is leading supplier of environmentally friendly biomass and multi-fuel energy solutions. Our main products include power boilers, gasifiers, pyrolysis reactors, emission control and heat recovery systems as well as lifetime services including industrial internet.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading Energy capital sales projects in EMEA Area. You will be working closely with our customers and stakeholders making use of Valmet’s strong customer service network. By identifying customer needs, you can lead the proposal team and find winning solutions by combining Valmet’s Energy segment technologies and value-add services. You will be leading technical and commercial negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction with viable contractual terms and conditions in a highly competitive business environment. Your networking, influencing and negotiation skills will allow you to easily interact in the matrix structure.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in a proactive and customer-oriented way. You can build relationships and trust. An important part of your work will be customer care and energy business related marketing activities which enhance Valmet’s brand as a supplier for sustainable energy solutions.
