Description:
Our team is growing! We are hiring a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales growth targets in the GTA West while overseeing and managing client relationships.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- New business development, identifying opportunities, and lead generation
- Build and execute effective sales processes and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Focus on acquisition and growth of new accounts, while expanding relationships with current clients and value selling other business offerings
- Collaborate with Recruiters to provide the highest level of customer service
- Local travel within assigned territory for client and site visits
- Consistently meet KPIs to ensure client and business expectations are satisfied
Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset
- Persuasive communication skills with the ability to speak in public settings and complete presentations
- 2-3+ years experience in staffing and/or solutions selling
Employment conditions:
