JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role as a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s sales team, leveraging your expertise to cultivate and enhance customer relationships while optimizing their machinery and processes to unlock their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably within the PMI sector, with a professional demeanor and effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Sales Passion: A dedicated sales professional committed to going the extra mile for clients.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; German is advantageous, and additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel and attend trade shows to expand your customer network.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and self-reliant, with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable Thinker: Ability to quickly understand and address customer concerns with flexibility.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Office applications.
  • Team Player: Friendly, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
