JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property market. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored advice.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
  • Prepare marketing materials for properties, including online listings and brochures.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets.
