Description:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales process management or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and metrics.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and solution-orientation.
- A high level of enthusiasm for optimizing business processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English - Fluent/Native (other languages is a plus).

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (all genders) to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technology solutions, and providing strategic insights to enhance sales performance and efficiency. You will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Drawing on your experience, you’ll play an important part within the Sales Operations team to establish an outstanding sales infrastructure and optimized processes. You’ll actively spearhead and participate in sales and cross-functional projects, driving progress forward with a proactive approach and focused on effective execution to positively impact the growth of LucaNet.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies, processes, and policies to streamline the sales cycle, improve sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Driving the optimization of our CRM system and supervising the implementation and optimization of other sales technology solutions to support sales effectiveness and scalability.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal review processes to ensure accuracy and visibility into sales performance and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales operations with overall business goals.
- Support the sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency, and develop strategies to address gaps and achieve targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS sales operations, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain our sales knowledge base and support our sales enablement program.
