Your role
The Senior Sales Operations Manager , Chargepass will be responsible for delivering sales processes, sales tools, and prioritization of projects in support inbound, outbound for the newly formed Chargepass team in Swindon. The candidate in this role will ensure that sales processes run smoothly and at maximum efficiency and we capture 100% of the opportunities that are presented to us via our multiple customer acquisition tools. Identifying and acting on areas for improvement will be critical to your success. You will continually assess lead flow/routing and pipeline progression and building scalable processes to enable revenue increases.
This role also supports the wider evaluation, configuration and enablement of Sales tools used across the wider UK sales organisation.
The individual will work closely with all senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics and SFDC/IT and must have a strong understanding of sales methodology across all products, CRM, reporting and possess the gravitas to work with all supporting functions.
This role enables sales teams to focus on selling and improves sales performance & productivity. Our Swindon based sales team consisting of circa 40 FTE love growth, hyper growth and you will be at the beating heart of our continued success in the UK. With a team of inside sales managers reporting to you, you will not only continue their development into exceptional sales managers you will lead the teams and take them to new highs.
What you’ll be doing

Optimization of sales process:

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritizes opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Process documentation and collaborate with sales training teams to ensure user instructions within SFDC and Sales processes & workflows are catalogued and trained out
  • Optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for consistency and quality.

Performance:

  • Delivers training to sales team on CRM, Sales methodology, KPI’s and Compensation plans
  • Track and measure KPI’s, Sales metrics and SLAs with Sales Analytics
  • Working with the Head of UK Sales Operations support the company commission schemes, working in unison with sales leadership to ensure schemes deliver upon company organisational and financial goals.
  • Supports delivery and implementation of all ad-hoc reward programs designed to support Chargepass overperformance

CRM Management & Data Integrity:

  • Oversee the management of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper usage by the sales team.
  • Ensure the continuous optimization of CRM tools to align with sales goals.
  • Implement data governance practices to maintain high standards of data hygiene.

Enablement & Training:

  • Partner with the sales enablement team to provide training and development programs for the salesforce.
  • Ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary tools, materials, and information to be successful.
  • Oversee the roll-out of new sales initiatives, including product launches and go-to-market strategies.
