Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and will include:

• Raising and maintaining 100% accurate and under two-hour turnaround of customer quotes.
• Ensuring daily invoice adjustments are processed accurately, following defined approval processes and within billing deadlines.
• Maintenance of Sales Force data as required by Q2C Operations Support Manager.
• Timely and accurate processing of lab charges within predefined billing deadlines.
• Timely under 24 hours response to online customer portal enquiries.
• Assisting in ongoing inbox management
• Managing day to day innovative and effective operational service delivery to the business of Sales Operations support

To succeed in this key role, you should possess the following:

• Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model.
• Demonstrated training & support experience in sales operations.
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent computer skills (SAP, Google suite, Microsoft suite, Salesforce)
• SAP experience is favourable but not essential
