Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales roles preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling sales positions in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, roles, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Someone who listens to diverse perspectives with an empathetic attitude.
  • A lifelong learner that is performance driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber sales candidates across various levels.
  • Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, develop role requirements, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future sales roles; keep detailed records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Promote Embark as an employer of choice by sharing our values, culture, and unique opportunities in the sales team.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
