A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing.
  • Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • 2 years of Capital Equipment or medical sales Experience
  • NeuroSpine, or O.R.\ (Operation Room) Experience
  • Willing to travel extensively.

  • Biomedical background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and “Presence”
