REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, strategic planning, or business operations, including overseeing or contributing to large-scale, long-term go-to-market strategies, market segmentation, and account planning.
  • Experience optimising sales or operational processes, including automating workflows and improving go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights for business decision-making.
  • Expertise in performance tracking and forecasting, with a focus on accurate sales performance forecasting.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in revenue management, sales operations, or partnerships within a go-to-market or sales-focused function.
  • Passion for and interest in Blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst to join our GTM Strategy, Operations, and Systems team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to influence strategic priorities, develop long-term go-to-market strategies, and implement effective operational processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions—to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives and drive revenue growth through optimised go-to-market strategies.
