• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively based on the audience.
• Ability to create/enable behavioral changes in organizations and motivating others inside and outside the Caterpillar to improve performance.
• Ability to work independently with urgency, innovate and deliver results
• Strong project leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills and organization

• Identify “Moments that Matter” and gather on Voice of the Customer/ Voice of the Dealer/ Voice of the Business and data insights to define CI retail customer requirements for highest areas of lost retail opportunity in WeCan
• Work through key partners to pilot compelling integrated services offerings relevant to Construction Industries Retail and Small Core customer needs in WeCan
• Regionalize central Go-To-Market framework consisting of definition of winning, execution plan & preparation, marcomm, training and governance
• Help Monitor priority WeCan dealer’s Retail and Small Core SGPs and implementation of the Winning Recipe and support Area Sales Reps in the field as needed to support Retail and Small Core STU growth.
• Own Retail Sales Variance strategy and quarterly retail campaign strategy and execution for WeCan.
