This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts in the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey regions, particularly in the Marine sector. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in pump technology, preferably in the Marine sector.
• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to handle complex customer requests.
• Proven commercial acumen, including knowledge of payment terms and negotiation skills.
• Legal knowledge and risk evaluation capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Cross-cultural understanding, outgoing personality, and a loyal mindset.
• Service-oriented, with a readiness to support across departments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5-15 days per year for customer meetings, trainings, and team meetings.

• Provide exceptional support and service during the quotation phase for complex inquiries in the Marine sector.
• Review technical specifications, generate detailed quotations, and create deviation lists.
• Liaise with suppliers and procurement to ensure an optimal supply chain.
• Prepare comprehensive quotation documentation for the sales team and, when required, directly submit to customers.
• Engage in quote follow-up, lead generation, and order acceptance, including order registration in line with company procedures.
• Support exhibitions, fairs, external training, and conduct internal training sessions.
• Calculate and negotiate order changes in collaboration with sales teams and customers.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers, ensuring high inbound quality.
• Collaborate with Order Management on technical order changes.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects within the sales support team and across other departments.
