Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and will include:

• Raising and maintaining 100% accurate and under two-hour turnaround of customer quotes.
• Preparing Leads & opportunities database for sales teams
• Leading other sales operations support activities as requested by Sales team
• Developing & delivering operational training that aligns with customer led success to the business

To succeed in this key role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model.
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent computer skills (SAP (essential), Google suite, Microsoft suite)
