Description
Inside Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to lead and mentor our Salesforce team, spearhead platform development, and cultivate a thriving user community. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, maximizing user adoption, and ensuring the ongoing success of our Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge: Oversee the Salesforce team, prioritize tasks, and drive efficient completion.
  • Process Optimization Expert: Analyze user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Automation Architect: Leverage Flow Builder, workflows, and integrations to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • CPQ Champion: Lead the implementation and optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for seamless quoting and sales processes.
  • Data Defender: Maintain data integrity through regular audits and best practices implementation.
  • Training Trailblazer: Develop and deliver training programs to empower users and maximize Salesforce expertise across the organization.
  • Bridge Builder: Foster strong relationships with users, vendors, and development teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce trends and actively pursue professional development opportunities (e.g., attending conferences, pursuing additional certifications).

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Experience with the native Hubspot-Salesforce integration preferred
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer or other Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • A seasoned Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven success in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionalities, and configurations.
  • Understanding of billing systems such as Chargify / Maxio, Zuora, Avalara, NetSuite or other financial platforms a plus
  • Expertise or certification in automation tools like Flow Builder, workflows, and integrations with platforms like Zapier or MuleSoft (a plus).
  • Experience with CPQ implementation and/or CPQ specialist certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a knack for translating complex user needs into actionable solutions.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and familiarity with company systems.
