Position Description:
Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator within the Operations and Insights team in Firmwide Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you will :

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the team and Firm to ensure that Salesforce is effectively used to support business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights through data analytics.
  • Be responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation of new features and functionality.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and system stability through regular audits, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, analytics, and formulas.
  • Use Custom & Standard Objects and Create Object Relationships.
  • Create and customize custom Lightning apps.
  • Manage and standardize team’s usage of Salesforce.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator reports to the Head of Operations & Insights, based in New York.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including customization, configuration, and implementation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
