We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Data Team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing complex projects, designing advanced automation, and ensuring the ongoing health and efficiency of our Salesforce instance. You’ll also provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and implementing business systems requirements for SalesForce and system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources, and/or vendors.
- Develop and maintain CPQ concepts such as MDQ, product rules, price actions, and associated automation related to opportunity, contract, and subscription management.
- Cross-functionally implement the Lead-to-Revenue (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash) process within a Salesforce light based environment.
- Develop and maintain a suite of GTM and marketing automation tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, etc.
- Conduct research on the best practices and industry/functional trends.
- Lead projects related to Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on all aspects of Salesforce functionality.
- Design and implement complex workflows and process automation to streamline operations.
- Previous experience in Saas and Salesforce Advanced Admin certifications are nice to have.
