ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst with a solid background in Agile methodologies and Salesforce specifically Sales Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain using this knowledge to drive business solutions and improvements. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction this role is pivotal in our ongoing success and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze and interpret complex business requirements translating them into actionable strategies within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilize Salesforce Admin and Advanced Salesforce skills to customize and improve the Sales Cloud environment enhancing user experience and productivity.
• Drive the adoption of Agile practices within the team promoting a culture of flexibility and responsiveness.
• Optimize business processes through the effective use of technology achieving operational excellence and superior customer service.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Agile and Agile Methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
• Salesforce Admin/Advanced Administrator Certification is required.
