Description:
Synapri are partnered with a leading data intelligence company to help them recruit an interim Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant.
The business have had their Salesforce platform live for a 4-5 months which is a mix of Sales Cloud, CPQ & Marketing Cloud and integrated into other 3 rd party tech such as Oracle. The CPQ platform isn’t working affectively so they need some major replatforming done to it. They are looking for an experienced sole contributor to work on this improvement project and in collaboration with the Enterprise Apps Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in configuring CPQ features such as product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements.
- Ability to liaise directly with end users to gather requirements & collaboratively challenge processes
- Developing CPQ solutions, including product bundles, pricing rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the sales process.
- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
