JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior Salesforce Data Analyst
Location: London (hybrid)

TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Required
- Proven years’ hands-on experience in as a data analyst on the Salesforce platform
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and solve complex problems
- Advanced skills in Python or R
- Wizard-level skills in Microsoft Excel
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Data Architect
- Strongly Preferred
- Career Salesforce professional
- Salesforce Certified App Builder
- Experience building ML models using tools such as TensorFlow
- Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring
- Experience with a Salesforce backup and data seeding tool such as OwnBackup or Druva
- Experience with data analysis tools: Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and/or DataBricks
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong “instincts” to build solutions that are architecturally sound, maintainable, and scalable
- Client-facing experience in a consulting organization
- Experience working with and/or migrating multilingual data
- Experience as a business analyst or project manager
- Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with nontechnical or alternative academic backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities:
Working with key business SMEs and stakeholders, this individual will:
- Be the key individual on the team for all data matters
- Ensure our compliance with data laws and regulations such as GDPR and with corporate data retention policies
- Own and drive data related projects within the Salesforce team
- Advise projects on data models, integrations, validation rules and other tools to ensure proper architecture and best practices, and set us up for long-term maintainability
- Hands-on data cleansing, migration, and investigations
- Own and be the subject matter expert for our data tools such as Druva backup, and document processes and procedures
- Advise the technical team on environment strategy and own data seeding processes for sandbox refreshes
- Proactively manage our quotas in our systems and guarantee we don’t go over
- Work closely with other teams throughout the company to ensure Salesforce data can be easily consumed by other systems and vice versa
- Serve as liaison to other teams to solidify definitions of data that exists across systems and organizations
- Maintain a data dictionary
- Champion data cleanliness and quality
