Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a critical role in our cross-functional Agile team, working alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes, enhance user experience, and drive automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable, automated solutions within our Salesforce environment.
  • Customisation & Coding: Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
  • Integration Projects: Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
  • Team Leadership: Support junior team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience.
