Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

We are searching for an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to become a part of our organization, focusing on Business Analyst and support-centric roles.
In this position, you will collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to gather and validate operational and Salesforce technical requirements. Moreover, you will provide active support to end-users within a dynamic and high-speed setting, utilizing ZenDesk to handle configuration, usability, support, and data challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Background in Salesforce CPQ
• Capability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Familiarity with ZenDesk for support management and issue resolution
• Strong communication skills necessary for effective interaction with diverse teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
• Transform business objectives into user stories
• Oversee end-user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of business systems
• Offer daily assistance to users by resolving Salesforce issues and handling support inquiries
• Perform Salesforce administrative duties
• Apply problem-solving skills to devise and execute Salesforce solutions
• Participate in essential client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing
• Deliver training to end-users
