Senior SAS Engineer

We are on behalf of our client looking for a Senior SAS Engineer for a project in Stavanger, Norway.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Bachelor, Master or other relevant education and experience.
• SAS Engineer who can check/verify SAS documentation.
• Ensure the expected quality of SAS documentations.
• Participate in review / verification of all produced SAS deliveries within discipline.
• Work with verification of SAS documents such as SCD, Alarm classification, software report, HMI documents etc.
• Join in different meetings.
• Coordinate work internally in the group, in discipline and in project.
• Previous experience related to Equinor projects is an advantage.
• Offshore Course: Valid offshore certificate required!
• Available for work in Norway!
• Good communicative skills in English and team player
• Valid work permit in Norway (or being located within the EU)!

• Participate as SAS engineer in EPCI project.
• Participate in fire and gas safety reviews - System design of process, utility and electrical systems (interface, FS, SCD and HMI input).
• Responsible for SAS system design and integration.
• Follow-up system design for equipment packages and electrical automation system.
• Follow up vendors and vendor technical documentation; participate in test activities/FAT.
• Designing solutions according to our client’s requirements.
• Ensure that vendor and engineering information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project interface to other disciplines, suppliers and client.
• Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers.
• Be able to work independently with separate tasks and interdisciplinary with other disciplines.
• Preparation of engineering documents such as F&G, C&E, SCDs, ESD/PSD Block logic and work package.
• Work accurately and have good skills for cooperation.
