We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scientist to join our Science and Research Chemical & Process Sciences team in Newark, NJ. Become a part of the dsm-firmenich Taste, Texture & Health Creation Lab Team.

• Discover, develop and industrialize innovative, safe, sustainable and competitive chemical transformations in the Flavor, Fragrance and Beauty space.
• Perform independently experimental lab work for assigned projects applying modern lab methods and tools as well as the highest safety standards.
• Monitor reactions and analyse compounds of interest applying classical and new analytical methods (GC, HPLC, NMR, FT-IR/NIR,…)
• Be an active member of global chemical and technology community.
• Actively support production activities as needed.
