• Lead scientific workstream in R&D projects
• Conceive, execute and report on R&D trials to answer needs of projects and market
• Provide scientific support to existing products and solutions
• Further develop scientific and technical expertise of scientific department
• Develop and maintain strong scientific network, internally and externally
• Reinforce scientific recognition of dsm-firmenich through publication in international peer-reviewed journal and participation in international events
