Fixed-Term/Temporary Contract : 6 months

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the NPD process by developing / formulating internally sun care formulation prototypes in the lab, stability testing, coordinating microbiology, safety, compatibility and claims testing, … following internal COTY procedures (respecting timing, Beauty That Lasts Program and BCP score)
Manage the inventory of raw materials
Maintain a clean, safe and organized lab workspace, following lab procedures.
Participate to Industrial scale up in collaboration with the manager, process developer, IC/ Design QA/Factory/R&D pack….
Interact internally with R&D Pack, Marketing, Procurement, Initiative Leader, PMD, VP, Design QA, RAPIC teams, manufacturing sites…
Participate to suppliers’ meetings, webinars, workshops
Deal with various IT systems linked to product development (SAPRD, AS400, PC Nodes….)
Use solid scientific approaches for rapid problem definition
