Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Coatings Formulator, you will be responsible for:

  • Development and Improvement: Formulate and enhance coatings for the Energy and Infrastructure industries.
  • Innovation: Create new technologies that significantly improve the performance, durability, and sustainability profile of our coating products.
  • Evaluation: Assess the performance, durability, and aesthetics of coatings using various analytical and physical methods.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to coatings formulation, production, and application.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, R&D, and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction and product competitiveness.

Moreover, you should have:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in coatings formulation, preferably in industrial protective coatings.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of coatings chemistry, physics, and application techniques.
  • Mindset: A creative and problem-solving attitude with excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
