Senior Scrum Master

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile expert in projects involving at least 15 team members.
• Training: Certification in coaching and team development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile scaling frameworks (e.g., LESS, SAFe), Jira, and Confluence.
• Organizational Development: At least 3 years of experience in organizational development within agile projects.
• Methodological Expertise: Familiarity with the loop approach to agile organizational development and self-organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate communication and cooperation within agile teams.
• Implement regular agile formats and customize workshops for team building and agile method teaching (Scrum, Kanban).
• Introduce a comprehensive agile method kit for team development and organization.
• Support change and operationalize newly established organizational structures.

TASKS:

• Organize and conduct workshops and team-building activities onsite at DB Energie GmbH in Frankfurt.
• Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and remove obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Administer Jira and Confluence tools for effective project management and collaboration.
• Develop scaling frameworks for multiple Scrum teams, potentially in a DevOps environment.
