REQUIREMENTS

• MUST: Ability to facilitate the central rituals of the product development teams, such as sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retros and to resolve impediments
• MUST: Ability to support the team in understanding the product backlog
• MUST: Ensure the continuous improvement of the team’s performance as well as the optimization and streamlining of the team’s processes
• MUST: Ability to create transparency about the team’s status and communicate progress against plans
• MUST: Ability to communicate with developers, stakeholders, management
• MUST: Promote team development, self-organization and taking responsibility as well as empower team members in their work based on agile values and principles
• SHOULD: Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, project management or a comparable course of study
• SHOULD: Excellent understanding as well as hands on implementation of different agile frameworks (scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• MUST: Several years of professional experience as a scrum master or comparative role in agile project management/ product development
• MUST: Expert knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Conceptboard
• NICE: Xray to be able to connect with QA testing
• MUST: High degree of personal responsibility and a structured way of working
• MUST: Strong communication-, problem solving- and teamwork skills
• MUST: Very good written and spoken English skills
• NICE: Other language skills (German)

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for the self-supply of solar-powered electricity. This includes photovoltaic, energy storage systems as well as cloud technology systems helping individuals to become energetically independent.
