To further advance this mission, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior SEA Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with SEA specialists located in different locations across Europe and reporting to the Head of Search & Performance Channels at the Group level.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior SEA Specialist at Hotelplan Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on Search Engine Advertising (SEA). You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing SEA strategies to ensure our major brands receive maximum visibility and ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry, with previous work experience in a related field being a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in English, business-level proficiency in German
  • Self-motivated, curious, and open to challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven SEA strategies across major brands within Hotelplan Group, leveraging your expertise in optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Take full ownership of SEA campaigns, managing budgets, bid strategies, and ad copy to drive optimal performance, while consistently seeking opportunities for process automation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach by regularly evaluating and refining strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within SEA campaigns, employing data-driven decision-making to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Google Ads innovations, incorporating best practices into our strategies and identifying opportunities for automation to streamline campaign management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing your strong analytical skills to drive data-focused decisions, and promoting a team-oriented culture of continuous improvement.
