Description:

Senior Secretary
An exciting and new opportunity for a full time experienced secretary has arisen in our office within the Commercial Property team.

Our friendly and hard working team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills and property (real estate or residential) experience. You will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of full secretarial tasks in a timely and efficient manner as set out below:

  • Producing various legal documentation, attendance notes, statements as directed either by copy typing or via digital dictation.
  • File management - opening and closing files, ID Checks and filing all documentation.
  • Assisting clients by phone and in person to arrange appointments, take messages, assist with general enquiries and quotes, and generally to assist and advance all client matters.
  • Use of the scanners, photocopiers, fax machine and post room equipment.
  • Diary management and organising internal and external meetings for Fee Earners.
  • Use of Linetime case management system and other relevant 3 rd party websites including InfoTrack, HMLR, HMRC.
  • General administrative tasks e.g. travel arrangements, running diaries, post and ad hoc tasks.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Secretary supporting within a property department (real estate or residential) of a legal firm or similar and who has an eye for detail.
