Description:
JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Secretary to join their dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, helping to ensure the efficiency and organization of the office. The Senior Secretary will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring effective use of time.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations for senior management.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure easy access to documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with various office management tasks as required.
