Description:

JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Secretary to join their dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, helping to ensure the efficiency and organization of the office. The Senior Secretary will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a leading program management company focused on transforming the region and delivering exceptional social infrastructure solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring effective use of time.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations for senior management.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure easy access to documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with various office management tasks as required.
