Responsibilities:
- Analyze the detection of cyber-security threats and implement systems to mitigate them
- Implement and optimize monitoring tools to detect abnormal data behaviour and activities
- Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and automation
- Analyzing and configuring corporate systems to improve their security
- Using software tools, automate the deployment of security policies and settings to our infrastructure
- Work with external partners and tools to carry out penetration and vulnerability testing
- Carry out regular testing on the recovery and protection of our data
- Lead the vulnerability and patch management processes
- Collaborate with the team to define network security policies and improve threat protection rules
- Help develop and maintain the D-Wave’s security awareness training
- Be a key member in the resolution of cyber security events and incidents
