We are looking for a Senior SEM Manager to join our marketing team. This is a critical role that will drive the success of our paid search strategy across platforms like Google, YouTube, Bing, and other search and display networks. You will drive high-impact campaigns that reach millions of travelers and deliver real results. Working closely with our SEM leadership, you will have the autonomy to shape and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional with 5+ years of SEM experience who is ready to take on a strategic position and contribute to company-wide goals. Your expertise will help us scale our campaigns, optimize performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale SEM campaigns for both FlightHub and Justfly.
- Drive performance across key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS by managing budgets, bids, and ad performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns that align with broader business objectives.
- Oversee comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Develop testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to continually improve ad performance, landing pages, and user experience.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the senior leadership, ensuring our SEM efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and leverage the latest innovations in search engine marketing to keep us ahead.
- Collaborate with external partners to outsource routine SEM tasks when necessary.
