Responsibilities:
- Paid Search Management:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing teamStaying updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly
- Search Engine Optimization Management:
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO and SEM into broader marketing initiatives
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and URL structuring
- Conduct technical audits to identify and address website issues affecting search engine performance
- Collaborate with the 3rd party team to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure website compliance with search engine algorithms
- Stay informed about industry developments, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in SEO and SEM
- Proactively recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Campaign Optimization:
- Using A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and ROI
- Implementing retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and previous customersCollaborating with the creative team to develop visually appealing and conversion-focused ad creatives
- Budget Management:
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resourcesAdjusting budgets and bidding strategies based on campaign performance and business goals
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generating detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Analyzing key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
