About the Opportunity:
DMI is seeking a Senior Service Design Lead to join us. This position is hybrid and requires the resource to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience
REQUIRED AND DESIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Formal education and Work experience on business process modeling
- Experience on Web applications Development or design.
- Systems analysis, and documentation of processes.
- Project management
- Coordination of activities related to systems development and quality.
- Excellent resource management, interpersonal treatment, leadership, teamwork, oral and written communication that contributes to the success of projects in an multidisciplinary environment.
- Language: Spanish, English English Upper-intermediate
- Speaking Proficiency

- Additional Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)

Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from sources of demand and work actively during customer research and discovery, provide inputs to the agile teams to get the work ready, connects “Continuous Discovery” with “Continuous Integration” Responsible with agile team to slice Potential ideas into smaller pieces of work, identify, find dependencies and risks using a release planning session.
- Formalize User Stories in Jira with the support of the agile team.
- Assure the product integrity
- Responsible for solving priority conflicts in upstream and sequencing the work items towards downstream based on define criteria and business value
- Prevent risks and issues in upstream workflow, as well as avoid business gaps and ambiguities
- Manage communication and interaction between sources of demand in upstream process
- Involve Product Management & Regional P&IT in the right moment in downstream, such as “Demos” (to review)
- Removes business noise and uncertainty to agile team to maximize team performance
- Responsible for the WHAT the business needs, what the client needs, what the customer needs
- In charge of leading communication of progress, deviations, or risk in roadmap or release plan with stakeholders
- Make sure all elements of services are documented & maintained on agreed documentation artifacts (Functionality Matrix, Process Models)
