Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
The Senior Service Engineer, Change Management role is responsible to lead and drive effective management and govern compliance to the change management policies and standards across Westpac. Our goal is to drive efficiencies via automation and Adaptive changes within the organisation to minimise incidents, service outages whist increasing quality and efficiency of changes. The role is also expected to provide a service to our customers and advise how the change process can support their business needs and influence change maturity and automation.
The role works in a small high performing collaborative team and works with all teams across Westpac and our vendors to provide support and expertise on IT Change management to manage risk of changes and adherence to the change management standards and process.
Your key responsibilities include:
- IT Change Management subject matter expert.
- Lead, Track, and monitor adherence to IT Change Management Controls and Standards.
- Chair the Significant Change Review Board (SCRB) and Local Change Advisory Boards (LCABs)
- Delivery against Strategic Improvement Plans (SIPs)
- Governance to drive adherence to the IT Change Management standards and process.
- Provide a service to our customers and advise how the change process can support their business needs.
- Lead automation and adaptive change adoption to improve Change success rate and risk culture.
